Critical Comms Operations (CCO)

Are you searching for new ways to practice communication drills? Looking to connect with like-minded individuals who share your commitment to effective emergency communication? You're in the right place! I'm working to fill that gap by building a Comms Team — a community where participants can share knowledge, exchange ideas, and grow together.

Introducing Critical Comms Operations (CCO) drills :

I’ll be hosting two monthly drills, which I’m calling **Critical Comms Operations (CCO)*. These drills will take place on two different digital platforms: *VaraAC* and *Winlink* You’re welcome to join one or both!

VaraAC CCO:
- When?** Second Tuesday of every month
- Time?** 0000–2359
- Frequency? 
- Day: 14.113 MHz (0600–1800 CST)
- Night: 7.112 MHz (1801–2359 CST)
- Objective:Send a Vmail to my callsign including your name, city, and state (e.g., Bill Johnson, Booneville, Missouri).

Winlink CCO:
- When?** Last Saturday of every month
- Time?** 0000–2359
- Frequency?** Simply send a Winlink message to KO4THO in the winlink Email section. This can be relayed for now( P2P is coming soon) 

Objective: Send a message to my callsign including your name, city, and state (e.g., Bill Johnson, Booneville, Missouri).

CONCLUSION: Before the first sessio. I will have Alternate Frequencies listed incase of interference. This will be updated for future drills. Make sure you sign up to the newsletter to stay updated on any changes that come! I look forward to training with you.
